1. Our Commitment
At Life Amalfi, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair refund process in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. You are entitled to a full refund if your item is:

These rights apply regardless of whether the item is in its original packaging or has tags attached.
3. Our 28-Day Refund Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, Life Amalfi offers a voluntary 28-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund under our voluntary policy, the following conditions must be met:

The return request is made within 28 days of the delivery date

The item is in its original, unused and unworn condition

All original tags are attached and intact

The item is in its original packaging, undamaged and sealed

Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation email or order number)
3.2 Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund under our voluntary policy:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

Items with removed or damaged tags
-
Items returned in damaged or incomplete packaging

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during a clearance event

Personalised or custom-made items

Items returned after 28 days from the delivery date (outside statutory rights)
4. How to Request a Refund
Follow the steps below to initiate your refund:
Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at support@lifeamalfi.com within 28 days of receiving your order. Please include:

The reason for your refund request

Photographs of the item (required for faulty or damaged goods)
Step 2 — Await Approval Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Step 3 — Return the Item Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our team. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Life Amalfi cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Step 4 — Refund Issued Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

For change of mind returns, we can provide a prepaid return label at a subsidised rate — the cost will be deducted from your refund total.
6. Refund Method & Timeframe

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (processed via Stripe).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed. Timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part or an incorrect item being sent.
7. Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please indicate your preference when contacting our team.

If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be offered instead.

Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lifeamalfi.com with:

We will arrange a free return and provide either a full refund or a replacement, at no additional cost to you. This is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
