• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if this occurs.

• Promotional pricing and discount codes are subject to their own terms and cannot be applied retrospectively.

7. Orders & Contract

7.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Order Confirmation

• An automated order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

• A binding contract between you and Life Amalfi is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

7.3 Right to Refuse

Life Amalfi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• The product is out of stock

• A pricing or product description error has been identified

• Payment authorisation has failed or been flagged as fraudulent

• The order violates our fair use policy

8. Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

• We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

• Life Amalfi does not store your full card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

• In cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9. Delivery

Delivery is fulfilled by our trusted third-party logistics partner. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed

• Life Amalfi is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our reasonable control

• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery

10. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds process is governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy [blocked], which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms.

11. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason (cooling-off period).

• To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at hello@lifeamalfi.co.uk before the 14-day period expires.

• You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

• A full refund, including standard delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

• Return shipping costs under the cooling-off period are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Note: Our voluntary 28-day returns policy offers additional flexibility beyond your statutory rights.

12. Liability

12.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Amalfi shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity

• Any loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

12.2 Our Liability Cap

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
