Where We Deliver

We deliver across the entire United Kingdom, including:

England, Scotland & Wales
Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands & Islands
Channel Islands & Isle of Man

Delivery times to remote areas may be slightly longer than standard estimates.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched by our trusted fulfilment partner.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/BST) on working days are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Important Notes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Sale events).
Life Amalfi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Promise

We want you to love everything you receive from Life Amalfi. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day returns policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 28 days of the delivery date, In their original unused condition, With all original tags attached In their original packaging, undamaged and intac, Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that have been worn, washed or altered, Items with removed tags or damaged packaging, Items marked as Final Sale, Personalised or custom-made items

How to Return

Request your return — Contact us at supportamalfi@gmail.com within 28 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
Receive instructions — Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Send your item — Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
Refund processed — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Life Amalfi cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label at a subsidised rate — the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, please indicate your preference when contacting our team.
If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at supportamalfi@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item

We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
